We are looking to recruit a Project Manager for a leading online retailer who will will lead the delivery of a variety of different projects aligned to their strategic roadmap. working with Agile and Waterfall working models, using both in house and 3rd party development teams.
The Role

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the project sponsor and stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones Coordinate project resources Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives; manage change requests Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and status updates to stakeholders Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed Conduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations for future improvements Contribute to the Project Management Centre of Excellence as part of the PMO Methodology Implement agreed best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomesKey Skills & Experience:
Project management certifications, ideally Waterfall and Agile Significant project management experience including IT and non IT projects Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, G-Suite) Experience of working with third party suppliers and inhouse software development teams Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience highly desirable
