The Role Scope

This role will lead various projects, initially focusing on MandM’s digital transformation, utilizing a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with both in-house and third-party software development teams.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and manage resources
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects aligned with objectives
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers to ensure efficient Scrum team delivery
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders for satisfaction
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed
• Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements
• Support the adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies

About You

• Project management certifications, ideally in Waterfall and Agile
• 5+ years of project management experience, including digital transformation projects
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Google Workspace)
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and in-house software teams
