Job summary

United Infrastructure Group is recruiting a Project Manager to oversee a large Disrepair contract. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including scoping of works, team scheduling, coordination, and overseeing post-inspection processes.

Experience managing similar projects is vital to succeed in this role. Based in Hemel Hempstead, you will join a fast-paced, ambitious team delivering critical social housing maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end project delivery on large housing maintenance/refurbishment contracts.
• Ability to scope works, plan schedules and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience working with housing associations or social housing projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project delivery of a large Disrepair contract from scoping to final inspection.
• Take full project responsibility for end-to-end processes including scoping works and scheduling.
• Coordinate works and manage post-inspection process to ensure quality and compliance.
