Job summary

Shearwater Manpower Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end civil and marine engineering projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality.

You will manage NEC contracts, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor risks, report to senior management, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of NEC contracts.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence and eligible for UK National security clearance.
• Desirable: Chartered or working towards ICE or APM.
• Experience in marine infrastructure, coastal works, or offshore projects.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of civil and marine engineering projects from inception to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements

About You
