Sussex Police is seeking experienced Project Managers to join the Change Delivery team at Surrey Police HQ. Candidates will manage complex projects aimed at improving service delivery and optimizing resources. The starting salary for this role will usually be at the bottom of the salary range and will be pro-rata if the working hours are less than full time.

The role will be based at Surrey Police HQ (Guildford) with flexible working offered including from home for part of the week. Travel will be required to other police sites within both Surrey and Sussex including Sussex Police HQ (Lewes). This role is within a collaborated team across Surrey Police and Sussex Police, whilst continuing to be two separate legal entities/employers with different terms and conditions. We have two exciting opportunities for experienced project managers to join the Joint Surrey & Sussex Police Change Delivery team to manage the delivery of one of two Surrey Police Programmes.
Both involve the design and implementation of a range of business change and technology-enabled projects aimed to improve the service offered to the public and to optimise the future service provision. Working under direction of the Programme Manager, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the programme.
This role sits within the wider Change Delivery team, who support local, bilateral and regional change activity to ensure that both forces can provide efficient and cost-effective policing services.

Please note that this role attracts a market supplement of £4,000 per annum and we are seeking a candidate to fulfil a 2-year contract.
