MTR Partnership is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major industrial build project in Cheshire. You will be based locally with daily travel across Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire, taking full responsibility as the number 1 on site and coordinating with site teams and subcontractors.

The role offers a challenging, supportive environment with a healthy pipeline of work into 2026 and beyond, and potential for progression within a growing construction business.

Qualificações

• Experience leading projects as number 1 on industrial schemes.
• Track record delivering industrial build projects valued between £3m-£15m.
• Willingness to travel daily across Cheshire, Greater Manchester & Lancashire.
• Strong engagement with senior management and clients.

The Company:

I’m working with a successful, well established Regional Contractor who have asked us to source a Project Manager to join their team. They deliver schemes valued between £3m-15m in the industrial, commercial, education & healthcare sectors. They have recently secured a number of new contracts and have the opportunity to bid for further work via great, historic client relationships. They have a very knowledgeable senior management team and have the feel of a smaller family business where employees are valued and supported.

The Role/You:

Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Project Manager to lead a new build industrial scheme in Cheshire. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have worked as a number 1, ideally on industrial schemes and projects similar to those mentioned above. The majority of their upcoming work is in the Cheshire, Greater Manchester & Lancashire regions. You will be based in or able to travel there on a daily basis.
