Job summary

MTR Partnership is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major industrial build project in Cheshire. You will be based locally with daily travel across Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire, taking full responsibility as the number 1 on site and coordinating with site teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects as number 1 on industrial schemes.
• Track record delivering industrial build projects valued between £3m-£15m.
• Willingness to travel daily across Cheshire, Greater Manchester & Lancashire.
• Strong engagement with senior management and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new build industrial scheme in Cheshire as number 1.
• Coordinate with on-site teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure safety, quality, and programme adherence.
