Job summary

Vend Tech Group is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Workforce Management (WFM) systems, with a three to six month initial engagement. The role requires strong expertise in HR technology and end-to-end project delivery, and preference for candidates with retail or hospitality experience. West London onsite with 3 days per week.

Immediate availability is preferred to drive delivery and stakeholder engagement across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Workforce Management system implementations
• Strong background in HR technology or HR systems projects
• Experience in Retail or Hospitality environments desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end project delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Workforce Management (WFM) systems
• Oversee HR technology projects from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Retail and Hospitality as needed
• Ensure timely delivery and business acceptance of the WFM solution
