Foster + Partners in London is seeking a Project Manager to oversee architectural projects from appointment through to completion, balancing commercial, contractual and design considerations. Working closely with Partners, architects, clients and consultants, you will drive delivery, monitor budgets, manage risk and ensure quality across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.

This permanent role offers the opportunity to influence project strategy, governance and operational decisions

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience within architecture, design, engineering, or professional consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of consultancy appointments and construction-related contracts.
• Experience managing project finances, budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Proven ability to identify and manage contractual and project risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Description

As a Project Manager at Foster + Partners, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial, contractual, and operational management of architectural projects from appointment through to completion. Working closely with Partners, architects, clients, and consultants, you will help drive successful project outcomes, balancing commercial performance, risk management, and design excellence across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.
