Description

As a Procurement Manager (Technology & Digital) at Foster + Partners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way technology procurement delivers value across a world-renowned global practice. Working closely with stakeholders across the UK and international offices, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, build strong supplier partnerships, and drive innovation, commercial value, and risk management across a diverse technology portfolio spanning software, cloud, AI, digital platforms, and consultancy services.

This role is ideal if you want to:

• Shape the future of technology procurement within a growing and evolving procurement function.
• Lead high-impact sourcing projects across software, cloud, AI, digital and telecoms categories.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across an international business to influence strategic decisions.
• Build and develop relationships with leading technology suppliers and innovators.
• Deliver measurable commercial value while driving best practice, sustainability and continuous improvement.

What you will bring to the team:

• Proven experience delivering value within a strategic procurement environment, ideally in professional services or a similarly complex organisation.
• Strong expertise across technology and digital categories, including SaaS, , software licensing, managed services, infrastructure and AI.
• A track record of leading complex sourcing activities and negotiating successful commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance cost, risk, innovation and supplier performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
