Job summary

ClearAccept Payments in London (hybrid) is seeking a Project Manager, Payments (Agile) to own the delivery of our payments roadmap. You will manage software releases, merchant rollouts and cross-functional projects, reporting to the Product Director and updating Leadership.

You should bring 3-5 years in API-based software delivery, strong Agile delivery experience, and a PRINCE2 certification. The role offers hybrid working, private medical cover, and a focus on career progression within the

• Payments experience with gateway, acquirer, card schemes, or Direct Debit.
• 3-5 years in software delivery for an API-based product.
• Proven Agile delivery experience, plus familiarity with traditional project methods.
• Project management certification (ideally PRINCE2).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver releases from kick-off to launch.
• Manage stakeholders, partners and dependencies (acquirers, terminal providers, software platforms).
• Spot risks early and fix them before they bite.
• Run clear status reporting and governance.
• Build repeatable processes that make delivery lighter next time.

Project Manager, Payments (Agile)

ClearAccept Payments | London | Hybrid

THE ROLE

You will manage software releases and merchant rollouts, working with Product, Technology, Marketing and Operations. You will also run business change projects that need no code. You report to the Product Director and update our Leadership team and group Exec.

• Manage stakeholders, partners and dependencies (acquirers, terminal providers, software platforms)
• Spot risks early and fix them before they bite
• Run clear status reporting and governance

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Payments experience (gateway, acquirer, card scheme, payment method or Direct Debit). This is ideal for us.
• 3-5 years in software delivery for an API-based product
• Proven Agile delivery, plus comfort with traditional project methods
• Project management certification (ideally PRINCE2)
• Jira, Azure DevOps or Asana, plus Confluence, Teams or SharePoint
• Clear, confident communication and a self-starter attitude
