Aviy is seeking a Product Manager with payments specialization to own the payments roadmap, expanding methods and geographies based on evidenced demand. You will diagnose conversion leaks, work with compliance on market requirements, and define success metrics before and after builds.
The role emphasizes rigorous sizing and clear communication, with London-based work patterns described as hybrid, two to three days in the office and remote flexibility for the rest of the time.
Getting paid is the entire point of an invoice, so this is the roadmap that most directly changes our customers’ lives. It is also the one with the most constraints: providers, methods, regional regulation, and failure modes that cost real money when you get them wrong.
You would own it — which methods and geographies we add, how we improve conversion, and which of the loud requests to decline.
The job:
Five or so years in product management with real payments experience — providers, methods, rails, regulation.
Analytical rigour about sizing opportunities, and clear writing. If you cannot make a hard trade-off legible in a page, this will be frustrating for both of us.
This role is based in London, with most people in two or three days a week. The rest of the company is remote, so you will not be the only person on a video call — but this particular job is better done in a room with other people, and we would rather say that plainly than discover it six months in.
We sponsor visas for it. Apply from any country: if you are the person we want, we will sponsor your work visa and cover the move — the application fees, the legal costs, and the relocation itself. Our People team runs the process with you rather than handing you a form and wishing you luck.
£90,000–£125,000 a year, reviewed every year against the market for where you live, plus share options — everyone here owns a piece of the company.
Flexible hours, a budget for whatever laptop and desk you actually want, an annual learning budget, generous paid time off that we check people take, and paid parental leave for every parent however you become one.
