Super Payments in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Manager to architect the roadmap for our AI-native, payments platform. You’ll own consumer-facing features from concept to launch, partnering with Commercial, Operations, Design, Engineering and Data to ship seamless checkout and payments experiences.
You’ll thrive in ambiguity, drive data-informed decisions, and push for bold experiments that improve conversion.
Super Payments is the only global fintech platform providing 0% processing fees for merchants. Our mission is use data and AI to make payments free for businesses, so that everyone wins.
At Super, we are disrupting payments, like Spotify did to music and Robinhood did to trading. We don't make money from transaction fees; instead, we monetise through value-added services such as lender commissions and FX. Our platform supports multiple payment methods — from traditional cards to direct bank transfers via open banking, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and our own Buy Now Pay Later solution.
Super has raised $66M from leading investors including Accel, Union Square Ventures and Local Globe (the same investors behind Spotify, Stripe, Monzo) and founded by Samir Desai CBE, co-founder of Funding Circle.
Already trusted by thousands of businesses and more than 4 million customers, Super is processing at a run rate of £1.5B and growing 4x YOY
The Product team sits at the centre of that mission. We move fast, challenge everything, and build experiences that make people wonder why the old way ever existed. We're not here to iterate on the status quo — we're here to blow it up and replace it with something better.
This is a rare opportunity to build with AI-native tools and cutting-edge technology from day one. Our PMs don't just spec features — they shape how millions of people interact with their money. That means thinking bigger, moving faster, and refusing to accept "that's just how it works" as an answer.
We need someone who thrives on ambiguity, picks fights with convention, and brings a relentless hunger to solve problems that actually matter. You'll shape the roadmap working across Commercial, Operations, Design, Engineering, and Data to ship world-class web and mobile experiences, including the checkout and payment flows that sit at the very core of what we do.
The playbook for the future of payments hasn't been written yet. Come help us write it.
