The Crowd in London is seeking a passionate Project Manager to join a mid-sized multidisciplinary architecture and design team. You will guide projects from pitch through completion, coordinating clients, consultants and internal teams while focusing on quality, compliance, health and safety, and financial control.

The role emphasizes reviewing programmes, budgets, and risks, supporting procurement and subcontractor selection, and maintaining a positive, social studio culture.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from pitch stage through to completion, ensuring compliance and quality standards throughout.
• Manage construction stages, budgets and finances.
• Identify risks and opportunities.
• Select subcontractors and a construction manager while advising where possible.
• Complete handovers, meetings and regular check-ins with clients and contractors to ensure accuracy.
• Manage procurement, appointment and valuations on site.
• Oversee project records, CRM updates and budget reports.
• Finalise and complete the project, requesting certification and final accounts.

The role requires a strong focus on quality, compliance, health and safety, and financial control, alongside the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage site teams effectively. The ideal candidate will be confident in reviewing programmes, budgets, and risks, supporting procurement and contractor selection, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, consultants, and internal departments.
