  • Support workload planning and capacity management for FHB analytics teams, balancing incoming demand against team capability and strategic priorities.

  • Establish and maintain a structured governance and reporting cadence with key business stakeholders, providing transparency of progress, priorities, dependencies and risks.

  • Define, document, agree and maintain detailed project plans, aligning to high level roadmaps and supporting the implementation of projects.

  • Proven experience of creating / agreeing good quality, well-crafted E2E plans and management of delivery roadmaps across the lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across multiple functions, and the technical understanding needed to translate requirements, overcome blockers and keep delivery moving at pace.
  • Proven experience of working within and being comfortable driving transformation in a fluid environment.
