Job summary

Blackapple Solutions Ltd in London seeks a Project Manager on a 3-6 month contract to lead a Service Transformation Program within GIS, anchoring the services framework and planning processes.

You will migrate the IT Services Catalog from SharePoint to ServiceNow, build marketing and training plans for catalog users, and enable demand, PPM and transition management across GIS.

Responsibilities

• Service Transformation Program: change GIS behaviour toward a service-orientated model, anchor services framework and planning processes across GIS.
• Migrate IT Services Catalog from SharePoint to ServiceNow to make the service model transparent and visible.
• Build and execute a marketing and training plan for consumers of the IT Services Catalog and its supporting tools and processes.
• Service Transformation - Organization Change Management Project: enable services across all processes with focus on Demand, PPM and Transition Management.
• Train the user community to use and benefit from the IT Services Catalog; drive change and training.
• Design and execute marketing and comms plan to anchor the model; train GIS staff to support services rather than technology components.

Continue to change GIS behaviour towards a service orientated model by anchoring the services framework and service planning processes consistently across GIS. Migrate the new IT Services Catalog from SharePoint to Service Now to make the service model transparent and visible. Build and execute marketing and training plan for consumers of the IT Services Catalog and its supporting tools and processes.
Service Transformation - Organization Change Management Project
Enable services across all processes in the landscape with particular focus on Demand, PPM and Transition Management processes. Train the user community how to use, and benefit from the IT Services Catalog. Change GIS behaviour towards a service orientated model. Enhance and execute appropriate training. Design and execute marketing & comms plan to anchor the model. Train GIS staff to support 'services' rather than technology components.
