Carrier now has an opportunity for a Modernisation Project Manager, based in the London area.
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of complex refurbishment, modernisation, and turnkey projects across the UK. The role is accountable for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and mobilisation through execution, commissioning, completion, and post-project review.
The role requires strong leadership, project management, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills, with a particular focus on coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
The annual salary for this position is between £34,500.00-£69,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
