Carrier Global Corporation in London is seeking a Modernisation Project Manager to lead refurbishment and turnkey projects across the UK, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

The role requires coordinating site teams, vendors, and internal teams, driving detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and reporting to stakeholders. Regular UK travel and strong leadership in HVAC-related environments are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in HVAC or construction-related environments.
• Knowledge of HVACR or similar industry.
• Experience managing refurbishment, modernisation, construction, or turnkey projects.
• Experience using MS Project or similar scheduling software; AutoCAD is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• UK Driving Licence.
• Role involves regular travel to project sites across the UK.
• IT literate with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage site teams, providing direction and support to deliver project objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and coordinate activities for timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service teams.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and forecast margins.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; adjust plans to minimise disruptions.
