Job summary

Carrier is hiring a Project Delivery Manager for a hybrid role based in Wimbledon. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of live projects, ensuring on-time delivery, strong governance and alignment with customer requirements across HVAC and building services.

The role requires proven delivery experience, commercial acumen and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Asana or MS Project. In return, Carrier offers a competitive salary (£42,000–£84,000), bonus, car allowance, pension and clear career

• Proven experience in project delivery, operations, or project management within HVAC, construction, or building services.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project margins and financial performance.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana and/or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), particularly within SAP/S4 for managing multiple billing milestones.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA (or similar ERP systems).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

What will you be doing?

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between £42,000.00-£84,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
