Position: Project Manager

Key Accountabilities:

The following list outlines the primary responsibilities of the successful candidate:

1. Work within the Client Project Team and be responsible for delivering projects of varying complexity in a safe, environmentally responsible manner, adhering to time, cost, and quality standards, in accordance with Client Governance, company standards, legislation, procedures, and HMRI guidance where appropriate.
2. Assist the project Client Management in defining and maintaining project requirements.
3. Manage multidisciplinary teams including commercial, programme controls, engineering, and others to identify solutions that meet client requirements and establish a solid baseline plan.
4. Identify and monitor project risks (threats and opportunities), develop and implement mitigation strategies, and address other issues impacting the project.
5. Implement and update resource allocation plans necessary for project delivery, including identifying and managing critical resources from internal and external sources.
6. Manage stakeholder relationships, considering their influence and interests.
7. Conduct project reviews at key stages to inform governance decisions, evaluating progress, performance, risks, contingencies, and ongoing relevance.
8. Establish and enforce protocols for scope changes and update configuration documents as needed.
