Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a Project Manager for a mission-critical data centre project in West London, working with a leading Tier 1 contractor on a CSA Shell & Core package.

You will lead complex live environments, manage large-scale substructure and utility interfaces, and coordinate across design, construction and client teams to deliver on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Experience with large concrete structures and utility coordination.

Project Manager | Mission-Critical Construction | West London

We're working with a highly respected Tier 1 contractor delivering a major data centre scheme in West London for a repeat blue-chip client. This is a technically challenging CSA Shell & Core package on one of the busiest and fastest-growing sectors in UK construction.

This role is suited to a Project Manager who thrives in complex live environments, understands the realities of city-based infrastructure projects, and has a proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or industrial developments with significant structural and utility elements.

What you'll be delivering:

• CSA Shell & Core works on a flagship data centre development
• Major substructure and heavy civil elements
• Coordination around critical utility and substation interfaces
• Management of key stakeholder and client relationships
• Programme, commercial and operational delivery across multiple workstreams
• Leadership of site teams, subcontractors and design coordination

What we're looking for:

• Proven Project Manager experience on technically challenging commercial, industrial, mission-critical or infrastructure-led projects
• Strong understanding of large concrete structures, substructure packages and utility coordination
• Experience managing projects with significant power, substation or critical services interfaces
• Ability to navigate the unique challenges of construction in dense urban environments
• Strong client-facing skills with a collaborative approach to project delivery
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards
