Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a Project Manager to lead a mission-critical data centre project in West London. You will manage complex, live construction workstreams with substructure and utility interfaces, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery to schedule and quality standards.

The role focuses on programme, commercial and operational leadership across multiple workstreams within a dense urban environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience on technically challenging commercial, industrial, mission-critical or infrastructure-led projects.
• Strong understanding of large concrete structures, substructure packages and utility coordination.
• Experience managing projects with significant power, substation or critical services interfaces.
• Ability to navigate the unique challenges of construction in dense urban environments.
• Strong client-facing skills with a collaborative approach to project delivery.
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

We're working with a highly respected Tier 1 contractor delivering a major data centre scheme in West London for a repeat blue-chip client. This is a technically challenging CSA Shell & Core package on one of the busiest and fastest-growing sectors in UK construction.

This role is suited to a Project Manager who thrives in complex live environments, understands the realities of city-based infrastructure projects, and has a proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or industrial developments with significant structural and utility elements.
