You will ensure safety, programme, budget adherence and quality, working with Site Manager, QS, technical team and subcontractors.

• Strong planning and delivery control understanding.

• Good commercial awareness including cost control and variation management.

• Excellent communication with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• High standards for quality, organisation and documentation.
• Experience using digital reporting or project management systems (Odoo preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Full UK driving licence.

You are responsible for delivering projects safely, on programme, within budget and in line with DSB’s technical and quality standards.

You work closely with the Site Manager, QS, Technical team and subcontractors to ensure controlled and disciplined project delivery.

We operate structured projects where planning, coordination and accountability drive predictable results.

What You Will Do
