About The Opportunity

We're recruiting Project Management professionals with approximately 1-6 years of experience to support change, business improvement and transformation projects with our clients.

We have opportunities available in either Manchester or London, depending on your location and the requirements of our clients. You won't be expected to work across both locations.

As a Grayce Project Management Consultant, you'll work as part of a client team, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of projects that make a real difference to how organisations operate.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive working relationships with colleagues, project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
  • Reporting & Governance: Prepare project updates, progress reports, meeting materials and documentation to provide visibility of project performance
  • Change & Improvement: Support business and technology change initiatives, helping teams implement new processes, systems and ways of working

The scope of your responsibilities will depend on your experience and the client opportunity, with the chance to build your skills and take on greater responsibility as you progress.

Essential experience and skills:
  • Demonstrable professional experience in Project Management, with practical involvement in coordinating, supporting or delivering projects
  • Experience working with project plans, tracking progress, managing actions and supporting project delivery activities
  • An understanding of project risks, issues, dependencies and reporting

  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working across different teams
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
  • The ability to work collaboratively, solve problems and contribute positively to project outcomes
Desirable experience:
  • Experience supporting business change, technology or transformation projects
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or other project delivery methodologies
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence or similar
