Job summary

Grayce is seeking Project Management professionals with 1–6 years of practical experience to support change, business improvement and transformation projects for our clients in Manchester or London. You will join client teams, assist with planning, coordination and delivery to drive tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates have practical Project Management experience with 1–6 years in delivery, coordination or running projects.
• Experience supporting change, business improvement or transformation projects is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or other project delivery methodologies is expected.
• Tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or Confluence are commonly used in this role.
• Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, APM or Agile are a plus.

• Support day-to-day delivery and ensure objectives are met.

• We’re recruiting Project Management professionals with approximately 1-6 years of experience to support change, business improvement and transformation projects with our clients
• We have opportunities available in either Manchester or London, depending on your location and the requirements of our clients. You won’t be expected to work across both locations
• As a Grayce Project Management Consultant, you’ll work as part of a client team, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of projects that make a real difference to how organisations operate
• Depending on your experience and the assignment, your responsibilities may include:
• Project Planning & Coordination: Help develop and maintain project plans, track milestones and coordinate activities to keep projects moving forward
• Project Delivery: Support the day-to-day delivery of projects, working with colleagues to ensure activities are completed on time and objectives are achieved
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies, helping teams address challenges before they affect delivery
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive working relationships with colleagues, project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
• Reporting & Governance: Prepare project updates, progress reports, meeting materials and documentation to provide visibility of project performance
• Change & Improvement: Support business and technology change initiatives, helping teams implement new processes, systems and ways of working
• The scope of your responsibilities will depend on your experience and the client opportunity, with the chance to build your skills and take on greater responsibility as you progress
