Job summary

Grayce is seeking Project Management professionals with 1–6 years of practical experience to support change, business improvement and transformation projects for our clients in Manchester or London. You will join client teams, assist with planning, coordination and delivery to drive tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates have practical Project Management experience with 1–6 years in delivery, coordination or running projects.
• Experience supporting change, business improvement or transformation projects is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or other project delivery methodologies is expected.
• Tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or Confluence are commonly used in this role.
• Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, APM or Agile are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and maintain project plans, track milestones and coordinate activities.
• Support day-to-day delivery and ensure objectives are met.
• Identify and communicate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication on priorities.
• Prepare progress reports and governance materials.
