PATH Recruitment is looking for a project professional to lead multiple technical installation, refurbishment and upgrade projects across the London area. We're working with an established business delivering specialist technical installation, upgrade and refurbishment projects across the built environment.

Industry: Engineering, Technical Installations & Building Services
This is an opportunity for a commercially aware, organised and proactive individual to take responsibility for multiple projects, working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
You don't need experience with any particular product or equipment. We're interested in people with transferable project management skills, a practical understanding of technical projects and the confidence to take ownership.
Key Benefits of the Project Manager:
We're particularly interested in people who have experience managing several projects or packages of work at the same time as a project manager.

Your experience could be in:
This isn't an exhaustive list. If you've managed technical projects involving customers, contractors, budgets and deadlines, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH or project management qualifications would be advantageous, but they aren't essential.
Experience reading technical drawings or working with engineering specifications would also be useful, although specialist technical support is available.
We're much more interested in your practical experience, attitude and ability to manage projects successfully than a particular qualification or industry background.
The position involves a combination of office-based working in London and visiting project sites, predominantly across London.
Typically, you can expect approximately 2–3 days in the office each week, with site attendance varying depending on project requirements and installation schedules.
If you're currently a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Contracts Manager or working in a similar role and are looking for an opportunity to take real ownership of varied technical projects, we'd like to hear from you.
You don't need to match every requirement to be considered.
