Role overview.
We areseekingan experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of industrial humidity control and air handling projects frominitialhandover through to final commissioning and client sign-off.
This role is central toDehum’soperational success. You will take full ownership of assigned projects, coordinating internal engineering teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical understanding with commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills, and a professional approach to client management. You willbe responsible formaintaininghigh delivery standards while balancing cost, quality, programme, and client expectations.

- Take full ownership of assigned projects from order handover to final completion.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities to ensure delivery within agreed scope, programme, and budget.
- Develop andmaintaindetailed project schedules, resource plans, and delivery programmes.
- Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions whererequired.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide clear, professional updates on progress, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Build strong, long-term relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
- Manage client expectations and resolve technical or commercial issues proactively.
Technical & Operational Coordination
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate closely with design engineers, service teams, and installation crews.
- Ensure systems are installed and commissionedin accordance withdesign intent and performance requirements.
- Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving during delivery.
Supply Chain & Contractor Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensuretimelyprocurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against quality, cost, and programme requirements.
- Approve subcontractor valuations and ensure contractual compliance.
- Monitor project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Review and approve project expenditure in line with company procedures.
- Identifyrisks and opportunities affecting project profitability.
- Report financial performance, variations, and forecasts to senior management.
Compliance, Safety & Documentation
- Prepare andmaintainproject documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and health and safety files.
- Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, company quality systems, and site safety requirements.
- Coordinate production of O&M manuals and handover documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
- Contribute to the development of improved project delivery processes.
- Share lessons learned and best practice across the business.
- Support the ongoing development of project management standards and tools.

- Degree, HNC, or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
