Job summary

Vistry Group is seeking a Project Manager for the Lighthorne site in Gaydon, Warwickshire. You will plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules and teams to deliver on time and to quality standards.

You will liaise with partners, customers and contractors while driving safety, compliance and value engineering. The role offers flexible working where possible and a strong focus on collaborative culture within our Midlands team.

Qualifications

• Experience on new build multi-story housing projects
• Experience in management of Health and Safety
• Valid SMSTS Certificate
• Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
• Strong leadership and delivery in challenging markets
• Ability to analyse technical and commercial aspects and apply solutions

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Vistry South West Midlands, responsible for our Lighthorne site in Gaydon, Warwickshire. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves liaising with Partners, Customers, contractors, and stakeholders, as well as handling risks, issues, and compliance.We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible. • Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety obligations and building legislation
• A good understanding of the considerate contractor’s requirements to achieve high scores
