Job summary

Alpine Formula 1 Team is seeking an organised, driven Project Manager to join our Projects team and drive delivery of critical Formula 1 projects. Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you will own projects from concept to completion across an assigned car section, coordinating with Technical and Operations teams to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Recognised Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Experience in Formula 1, motorsport, advanced engineering, automotive, aerospace, or similar fast-paced technical environments.
• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong project planning and scheduling experience.
• Ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate project risks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent IT and systems skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating design resource planning and ensuring timely release of engineering data and drawings.
• Creating and maintaining project manufacturing plans aligned to programme delivery milestones.
• Leading regular planning, production and status meetings across multiple departments.
• Managing work orders and associated activities to support accurate capacity planning and on-time delivery.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing recovery plans where required.
• Providing clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across project management processes and practices.
• Supporting health, safety, environmental and inclusion objectives throughout all activities.

We are looking for an organised, driven and proactive Project Manager to join our Projects team and play a key role in delivering critical Formula 1 projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project professional who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and enjoys working across multiple functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and with a relentless focus on performance.

The Role

Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects within an assigned Formula 1 car section, managing delivery from concept through to completion. You will work closely with Technical and Operations teams to coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure critical milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities Include

You’ll Ideally Have
