KRG Holdings Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead signage and graphics projects from brief through to completion. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard.

This role offers hybrid working, a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per year plus a company car, and is a full-time, permanent position with long-term career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a project-driven environment.
• Experience in signage/graphics/print or related industries is advantageous.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a successful and growing signage and graphics business.

You will take responsibility for managing projects from initial brief through to completion, working closely with clients, internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and commercially minded Project Manager with experience within signage, graphics, print, manufacturing, construction or a similar project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial brief through to successful completion
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and installation teams
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality and deadlines
• Identify potential risks or issues and put solutions in place
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines and budgets
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates
• Manage project close-out and ensure clients are satisfied with the finished project

About You

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager within a project-driven environment
• Experience within signage, graphics, print, POS, manufacturing, construction or a related industry would be advantageous
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident dealing directly with clients and managing expectations
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Commercially aware with an understanding of budgets and cost control
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure
• Experience using project management software and systems
