Job summary

Salisbury-based client is seeking a Production Manager to lead the large format print and signage production team in a permanent role. The position offers £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (DOE) with standard Monday–Friday hours and 28 days of holiday including bank holidays.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in large format print and signage production, with strong knowledge of print processes, colour matching, and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in large format print and signage production.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and equipment.
• Signage installation experience is essential.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day large format print and signage production.
• Monitor stock levels and order materials.
• Carry out colour matching and quality control checks.
• Maintain and operate printers, cutters, laminators, and other production equipment.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Installation.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Assist with on-site signage installations, including vehicle graphics where possible.

We are working with a reputable client based in Salisbury who require a Production Manager to join their team.

The position is a permanent role paying £38,000 - 42,000 per annum (DOE).

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Production Manager within large format printing and signage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day large format print and signage production
• Monitor stock levels and order materials
• Carry out colour matching and quality control checks
• Maintain and operate printers, cutters, laminators, and other production equipment
• Liaise with customers and internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Installation
• Monitor production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Assist with on-site signage installations, including vehicle graphics where possible

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in large format print and signage production
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and equipment
• Signage installation experience is essential
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Vehicle graphics fitting experience (desirable)
