Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead signage and graphics projects from brief to completion. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery within budget and to high standards.

The role suits an organised and commercially minded professional with experience in signage, graphics, print, manufacturing, construction or similar project-based environments. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager within a project-driven environment.
• Experience within signage, graphics, print, POS, manufacturing, construction or a related industry would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident dealing directly with clients and managing expectations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of budgets and cost control.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience using project management software and systems.

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a successful and growing signage and graphics business.

You will take responsibility for managing projects from initial brief through to completion, working closely with clients, internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
