TXM has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager within a Rolling Stock Overhaul company.

Our client is looking for an experienced project manager with a manufacturing background to join their growing team. The role requires clear communication with clients, ensuring projects meet specifications, and providing regular updates.

Other responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of engineering and manufacturing projects across the rail, defence, and HVAC sectors, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, production, and procurement, to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and quality assurance.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project performance and profitability.
• Liaise with key stakeholders and clients, maintaining clear communication and reporting on project progress, milestones, and scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
