We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team at Rainbo, where we offer a diverse working environment at our head office based in Crawley, West Sussex. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within set parameters of budget, timeline, and scope, whilst effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients and project team members.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Administer and manage contracts from the beginning of the life cycle through to completion.
• Assess customer and supplier contracts, to ensure alignment and that our business is protected – a broad level of contract management.
• Creation of status update reports for senior management and customers.
• Assess and ensure orders are technically and commercially compliant.
• Conduct due diligence on new suppliers being added to our database.
• Effectively manage deadlines on multiple contracts, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Work with the projects team and place orders with suppliers, when orders are secured.
• Maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, customers and any other relevant stakeholders.
• Set, manage and monitor project timeline and deliverables.
• Update relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract and project management.
• Ability to manage contracts and sub-contracts with all internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
• Confident in managing "cradle to grave" life cycle transactions.
• Solid understanding of international trade, including payment terms and incoterms.
• Moderate understanding of the finances surrounding a project, including at application through to final delivery.
• Moderate understanding of bonds and guarantees.
• Experienced in expediting all areas related to a contract.
• Ability to understand Bills of Quantities/Bills of Materials.
• Experience with Export Credit Agencies desirable.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week and flexible working patterns are offered. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
