Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for building services projects in the Midlands. You will lead from planning to completion, coordinating teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires strong programme management, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills to manage risks, costs and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within building services, M&E, or construction.
• Strong planning, programme management, and delivery experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Understanding budgets, costs, contracts, and commercial considerations.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements.
• Desirable: relevant project/construction qualification and experience in M&E, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or wider building services.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for delivering projects across the building services sector.

Based in the Midlands, you'll manage projects from planning through to completion, coordinating teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
