Job summary

ARM is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement projects within its Fleet and public sector programmes in London. You will work with engineers, project managers and stakeholders to develop strategies, draft contracts and manage supplier relationships.

Hybrid role based in London SE1, compensating around 420 per day inside IR35, contract until 31 March 2027; you will oversee timelines, tender processes and value-for-money outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement projects.
• Strong public sector procurement experience.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience drafting procurement strategies and contract documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management with engineers and project managers.
• Contract management experience.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Experience using procurement tools would be advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week onsite

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a major transport organisation, supporting its Fleet business area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with strong public sector experience to lead procurement projects from initial strategy through to contract award and ongoing contract management.

The Role
