Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an Inside IR35 contract based in the UK. The role requires delivering complex projects across multiple streams, with strong stakeholder engagement and governance across business and technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have private-sector experience, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a delivery-focused mindset. Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects within manufacturing, logistics or service-based organisations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Experience delivering projects involving SaaS-based solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and governance.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across the business.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology initiatives.
• Provide regular project status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration between internal teams, third-party suppliers, and business partners.
