Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This role focuses on delivering major schemes safely, on time and within budget, with close collaboration with clients, site teams, subcontractors and senior leadership.

You will drive project performance through effective planning, risk management, and strong communication, ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience as Project Manager on major civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong contract administration, risk management and cost control knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction best practice.
• CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and supply chain partners to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing standards are maintained and improved.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor progress, costs, risks and performance indicators.
• Produce regular reports for senior management on delivery and commercial performance.
• Drive operational excellence through planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate project resources and ensure quality standards throughout delivery.

Project Manager - Civil Engineering & Infrastructure

A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. The successful Project Manager will provide strong leadership across all aspects of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
