Conrad Consulting Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager for civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the Edinburgh area. You will lead project teams, manage scope, safety, and costs while liaising with clients and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a degree in civil engineering or construction management, proven PM experience on major projects, knowledge of CDM regulations, and a valid CSCS card.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction best practice.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

  • Lead project teams and supply chain partners to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
  • Ensure health, safety and wellbeing standards are maintained and improved.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure project objectives are understood and achieved.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, risks and performance indicators.
  • Produce regular reports for senior management on delivery and commercial performance.
  • Drive operational excellence through planning and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate project resources and ensure quality standards throughout delivery.

Project Manager - Civil Engineering & Infrastructure

A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. This Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to deliver major infrastructure projects that make a real impact on local communities while providing excellent career progression and long-term development.

The successful Project Manager will provide strong leadership across all aspects of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and senior leadership to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and supply chain partners to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
  • Ensure all health, safety and wellbeing standards are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure project objectives are understood and achieved.

Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience operating as a Project Manager on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, risk management and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction best practice.
  • Valid CSCS card.
