Project Manager

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of our client in Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business who are growing.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  3. Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  5. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  6. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  7. Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  8. Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of project management experience.
  3. APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (APM PFQ) certification is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Proficiency in project management software.
