CK Group are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry, on a contract basis for 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the implementation of projects from tender award to project completion, including: i) floor plan sign off; ii) production of Gantt chart; iii) project phasing with timelines; and iv) product ordering GDC.
• Coordination of internal stakeholders.
• Onsite responsibilities include: i) monitoring construction progress; ii) coordinating with stakeholders (facilities, architects, mechanical and structural engineers, etc.); iii) solving and coordinating construction issues and managing installation activities according to a schedule established mutually with the customer.
• Managed solution implementation.

Your Background:

• Experience in writing high-quality Client Proposals and Statement of Work documents, including commercial elements.
• Proven track record of managing in a matrix environment and prioritising under pressure.
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
• Proven track record of effective stakeholder management and seamless project coordination.
• Track record of project management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presales and commercial acumen.
• Ideally, experience managing instrumentation (laboratory) projects in labs/NHS settings.
