Position: Project Manager

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits

Location: Remote-based, with some travel to Cardiff when needed

CPS Group is working with a recognized global leader in digital information solutions, seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team.

As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of delivering complex, customer-focused IT projects worldwide. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and customer stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards. You’ll also maintain strong customer relationships, provide regular updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing migration projects from initiation to completion
• Serving as the main point of contact for customers
• Creating and maintaining project schedules
• Managing project scope and documenting changes
• Providing regular status reports to clients and internal teams
• Troubleshooting and resolving project issues
• Collaborating with technical migration teams
• Seeking continuous process improvements

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical project management
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, OS, email systems, networks, etc.)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with data and email archive migrations
• Familiarity with tools like Veritas Enterprise Vault, Komprise, DataForge, ProvenTech, or Drive IQ
• Experience in consulting or with financial services clients
