Job description

Project Manager Role – Pro-Duct Group – Competitive Salary, plus Company Vehicle supplied. Involved in Company Pensions and other Benefits to be discussed with the successful candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Scotland’s leading HEVAC companies.

Location: Cardenden, Fife – Main offices + site-based work across Scotland.

Hours of work: 7:45 am – 4:45 pm Monday to Thursday, 7:45 am – 11:45 am Friday.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize the day-to-day management of all contracts within your remit.
2. Participate in the handover process, reviewing contract folders, documents, drawings, contract hours, and programmes before contract commencement, and work with the team to meet set targets.
3. Organize labor to align with the construction programme and site requirements, producing a 4-week look-ahead at the start of each month and updating labor plans accordingly.
4. Report weekly to senior management.
5. Manage all financial aspects of each contract, monitoring hours and budgets using company systems.
6. Enforce company health and safety policies at all times.
7. Participate in monthly contract department meetings to review progress, costs, and issues.

The successful candidate:

1. Has experience in a similar role or project management position.
2. Holds a project management qualification.
3. Experience in HEVAC background is advantageous.
4. Possesses excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
5. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills.
