ISS Facility Services UK in Durham is seeking a Lifecycle & Small Works Project Manager to oversee healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and robust financial control.
You will liaise with design teams, procure subcontractors, approve RAMS, manage variations and life cycle works, and deliver projects on time and within budget while supporting ISS managers and staff.
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Lifecycle & Small Works Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project management within a healthcare environment.
This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, robust financial control, and the delivery of high‑quality services.
In this role, you will liaise with design teams, compile quotes, update additional works logs, procure subcontractors and materials, approve RAMS, and manage all variation and life cycle work.
Additionally, you will provide advice and support to ISS Service Managers, SPV, and Trust staff, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
