The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in utilities, particularly in the water, high-voltage (HV) power and EV Charging sectors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on behalf of contractors and will be expected to manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to close-out.

Responsibilities

Manage the planning and delivery of utility projects ensuring performance in terms of cost, time, quality, and compliance.

Coordinate design, commercial, procurement, and site delivery teams.

Maintain oversight of project controls, reporting, and risk management.

Lead client and stakeholder engagement, including third-party asset owners and statutory bodies.

Oversee contractor performance and ensure all contractual and regulatory obligations are met.

Requirements

At least seven years’ experience managing utilities or infrastructure projects.

Contractor-side delivery experience with a strong understanding of construction operations.

Familiarity with NEC contracts and infrastructure delivery frameworks.

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
