Qualifications

  • Experience as an M&E Project Manager within the water, utilities, engineering or construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems used in water and wastewater projects.
  • Proven ability to manage project programmes, budgets, risks and resources.
  • Knowledge of construction health and safety requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a structured and proactive approach to delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

  • Co-ordinating project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives
  • Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets and delivery plans
  • Monitoring project progress, quality, health and safety, and environmental compliance
  • Managing risks, variations, resources and project-related documentation
  • Building effective working relationships with stakeholders across Wessex Water and South West Water projects
  • Providing regular progress updates and ensuring projects meet contractual and operational requirements
