Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a bespoke luxury residential development in Basingstoke. You will be on-site, coordinating construction activities and managing subcontractors to deliver a high-end home built to exacting standards.

You will act as the primary client contact, monitor programme progress, control costs, and ensure exceptional finishes and customer satisfaction, joining an award-winning contractor with a strong pipeline of prestige projects.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in luxury residential construction?

We are recruiting for a talented construction professional to take the lead on a substantial bespoke residential development in Basingstoke. This impressive project will deliver a large, individually designed luxury home built to an exceptional standard, requiring meticulous attention to detail and first-class project management skills.

Working as the No.1 on site, you will have full responsibility for coordinating construction activities, managing subcontractors, overseeing programme delivery and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
