Architecture Social in North-West London is seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of high-end private residential projects, from inception to completion, within a design-focused practice.

You will work in a hybrid model with homeowners, architects and consultants, coordinating budgets, programmes and procurement to deliver bespoke homes of the highest quality.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join a highly regarded residential architecture and interiors practice specialising in bespoke private homes, luxury refurbishments and high-end residential developments across London. This position would suit someone from a developer, main contractor or client-side background who enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion and is looking for a role with greater involvement, responsibility and client exposure. Working closely with homeowners, architects, consultants and specialist contractors, you'll play a key role in delivering beautifully crafted homes while helping to ensure projects run smoothly, remain on programme and are delivered to the highest possible standard. The projects are often complex and highly bespoke, requiring excellent coordination, communication and attention to detail, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with high-end residential delivery.

The Role

The Project Manager will take ownership of a number of high-end private residential projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with architects and designers, you'll oversee programme management, consultant coordination, budgets and project delivery, ensuring each project is delivered smoothly from inception to completion.
