As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex construction projects, coordinate between teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. If you have experience in project planning, commercial management, and site operations, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-value projects to success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Project Director and Quantity Surveyor to engage early with supply chain partners, ensuring contractual, operational, and commercial expectations are met.
  • Create and manage project programmes using appropriate software to track progress, delays, and variations.
  • Plan and coordinate complex tasks, illustrating how they interlink.
  • Manage projects typically valued over £10m - £15m, involving challenging contractual and operational activities.
  • Use Power Project software for detailed programming, including baseline reporting, critical path, and delay analysis.
  • Manage a small internal team (less than 5 people) with 2-3 direct reports, in line with HR policies and company values.
  • Take full responsibility for site activities related to the project, demonstrating initiative and independence.

Our Central Region handles prestigious projects up to £100m, including sporting estates, listed properties, and manor houses, requiring expert management and craftsmanship.

When not on site, you will be based at our head office in Sherborne St John, near Basingstoke.
